I created ReflexEnergy Healing to help people experience energy healing in a more joyful, pampering way. With ReflexEnergy Healing, you will receive a combination of reflexology and energy healing.

I will start with either face, hand or foot reflexology of your choice and continue my session with energy healing thru the body. Reflexology creates a space to feel relaxed and safe to do the healing. During the healing, I combine Reiki, Barbara Brennan Energy Healing, Quantum Touch or Quantum Balance, as I feel appropriate for that moment.

I use essential oils for a more relaxed and joyful experience.
